Hi all — I need a bit of advice here.
I forgot to submit my hours for a week of work, but an onboarding email from HR said this:
“Abusing your allowed working hours or forgetting to submit your hours on time will constitute immediate termination. We have a zero tolerance for not submitting your hours on time and NO payroll tickets will be issue resulting in loss wages for that week.”
Is there a way to get my money without being fired? Is this even legal?? I live in the US in New Jersey, and I really need a FULL next paycheck 🙁
