I started working 9 days ago and yesterday I got late at work because I wasn't feeling well aka I was stuck on the toilet (I got stomach issues) but I informed someone from work that I will be late. Later on when I got to work my boss asked me at his office, he asked me if was able to not take any vacations during September to December simply because that's when we got a rush at work and the last person before me kept being late or simply not coming to work sometimes without informing anyone and they gave her many chances to change that but she never did. I obviously said that I wont take vacations so, he told me that he can't wait to work with me for all the coming up years. Today, I got told I was fired since I was late yesterday and they don't want to sign anything with me.
I don't know how to feel about all this.
