First Office Job Experience

alright so ive been at this job since end of april. Coming up on month 4, i just barely passed my 90 days. This week we are losing the person that helps me with email marketing, the video person is going back to school, and the other graphic designer/web designer got a full time job as a teacher. The job posting was 19-21 an hour and i started at 19, however in the first 3 months we lost our operations manager and the office manager and have yet to find any replacement. I am expected to just pick up the slack all while fulfilling my job description which is just typesetter. This job is the first ive found in my field of digital media but the lack of leadership and process management is disheartening and i feel like my efforts are far under appreciated which is making me resent coming…

alright so ive been at this job since end of april. This job is the first ive found in my field of digital media but the lack of leadership and process management is disheartening and i feel like my efforts are far under appreciated which is making me resent coming to work and ive had an issue with being late that the owner talked to me about. Basically- am i right to be upset in this situation? Is my lateness a larger issue than the overall operational mismanagement? and if i am correct to be angry, how should i approach the owner? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
