Some one is hosting a meeting for my company to discuss unionizing and joining UAW. But we live in a right to work state and the company has previously fired a bunch of people for attempting to unionize a few years ago. I plan on going anyways but I was wondering if you have any advice for an individual. Not looking to be a leader or anything, just part of the group. Thanks!
