For CEOs Requiring RTO – Ours just threatened to disable afterhours access to those working too much.

For all of those CEO's and economists saying that WFH people are less productive and or lazy, ours just asked us all to keep an eye out for people who are working too much (we're all salaried – so it's not an overtime issue) and stated he'd start enforcing work hours limitations to prevent burn out if people we're putting in too much time. Employees value WFH and work hard for it! Stop trying to take that away from them.
