For the lawyers and experts on workers rights for which ever locale you work/live in… Is there a way to develop a “legal” dead-man’s switch that will collapse and blackhole your work when you leave your job?

SO if you are fired, or if you leave, your work gets locked, automated to be extremely fragmented, encrypted, complex etc… Obviously this isn't for every field or industry. But it would be cool if there were some tyler durden tricks and tips we can use to make a workplace hurt real fucking bad.
