Found out today I will, along with everyone else at my level, be getting a 5% pay cut. The company will be paying dividends on their stock, however, because “dividends are very important to the shareholders.”

Uhhhhh, don't you think paying me what you agreed to pay me when I took the job is important to us?! Fuck these corporations that screw people over just because they can. I am so sick of hearing about “economic headwinds.” Fuck them and their bullshit excuses.
