I was hired at a company under the title Accounting Assistant. I have only accounts payable experience. They have 2 openings in AP. My resume only shows AP work and the recruiter knew this. I said in the interview I HAVE NO AR EXPERIENCE!! I started Monday and now I’m being forced in accounts receivable. I have no experience in this. I hate and they refuse to train me saying I told them I do AR. I have tons proof in my correspondences that I only spoke about AP.
These assholes said I put AR on my resume. I pulled it up….no such thing is on my resume. I said put me in one of the open AP roles and they are fighting me.
This shouldn’t be legal!!!
