i hate how difficult jobs make it for you to be out if your injured. especialy when its work related. i work on an electric jack and a part broke causing it to suddenly stop, jerking my body foward real hard tweaking my back. everytime i gotta call out i gotta drag my ass to a fucking doctor to “prove” i cant work and get a note blah blah blah. you fuckers clearly see the jack broke on me AND i have a witness that vouched for me. i literly hunched my ass out of work having to stop every 5 seconds from back spasms.. but nah i gotta call and see all these damn people making it a damn headache when i should be fucking resting. and im not even getting paid for my callouts when its there fault. i have to be out for an “extended time” for workers comp. like if its your fault, which it is!.. (faulty equippment) pay the fuck up for my callout.. american employee care is so piss poor. fuck this
