I’m sick of these fkn companies in the US. They treat us like robots, expect us to process mass amounts of production that is nearly impossible. We have to ask permission like a child for time off, even during times of sickness, and sometimes we have to work through it. New mothers and pregnant people are fucked unless they’re in a half decent company (which lets be honest, there aren’t many). We run the risk of being “written up” if we don’t produce like robots and if we end up homeless we’re fucked. We’re treated like scum on the bottom of the barrel even though we’re keeping the companies running while executives sit around doing nothing all day but bullshitting with each other in meetings.
