Fucked over on PTO

Hard anti capitalist and liberationist (USA) working my first full-time job has been a wild ride to say the least, but this part takes the cake. The original job offer: 0 days PTO until one full year in role with minimal sick days and holidays. Come three months, CEO says that I can use some of that PTO during the month (specifically the week of Thanksgiving) as we agreed. I was confused as to why he specifically said Thanksgiving only, as we negotiated access to my whole bank starting from that point on. I go back to our email chain from negotiations and see that he worded that negotiation point in a way that, to some, would understand it meaning ~only allows PTO during Thanksgiving week,~ then back to 0 PTO until 1 year mark. Our phone conversation did not reflect that, but of course in writing it did. Feeling so fucked over and stupid for trusting him. No PTO should've been a red flag in the first place. Back to job hunting I go!
