So as the title suggests, I’ve been blackballed by corporate due to a nursing home I worked at through this CNA/STNA agency called Gale. A nurse was picking on me and I decided to stand up for myself, she picked on me because I had a resident in a nightgown and she didn’t like that so I told her we can talk to administration about it. The next day, my shift was cancelled out of retaliation and one administrator lied to another one and said that I didn’t want to come back. I tried smoothing things out but they didn’t want to hear what I had to say and decided that I was “aggressive, rude and disrespectful” in which I wasn’t, they called my clinician advocate and said that I was abusive towards the residents in which I was not. Fast forward to today, I wake up with an email from my scheduler saying a different nursing home under the same company said I couldn’t come back and nothing was specified (this was through a different agency)and might I add that corporate never heard my side of the story either. Thanks for reading. I also have video evidence of me speaking with the administration.
TL:DR- nursing home administrators lied to corporate and got me removed from another nursing home due to them lying about me being abusive.
