I apologize if this isn't the right subreddit to post, I'm just looking for some input. I am antiwork and have been thinking about quitting my job for some time. On Monday I had a meeting with HR to discuss me not acting like myself (me being depressed) and work incident that happened over a month ago. I gave my side of the story and they thanked me for sharing, telling me they didn't want me to have to go back to that location but that we'd check in in a couple days. Over those days I was taken off the schedule and received just a single text that said “hey! Just checking in” I responded saying I felt like I was being fired but that I'd like to start working at another location. I haven't gotten any response in over 24hrs. I don't like this job, but this feels like a really weird way for HR to shove me out..
