Going in for an interview for a promotion tomorrow. Nervous as hell. Any advice?

Probably notntue brst sub for this, but i need advice. It's not a big company or anything. Just taking a supervisory role. But I've never interviewed for a promotion and honestly, not great with interviews. Any advice at all is appreciated..
