Going to demand a raise for continuing to work from home.

This is going to be really unpopular. I live close to my office. So commute is nothing for me. Ever since the work from home started, I've been stressing myself out. Eight hour work gets stretched to 10 or 11 since it's all based on output and I am a perfectionist. Sometimes, I'm working on weekends just because I have the setup at home and pending work bothers me. It is more flexible but for 1 hour that I use for something, I end up working more as I am bad at timekeeping. I was much more relaxed in the office and it was easier to just pretend to be busy to avoid any work coming my way. Also, it was easier to log overtime in for extra hours when you just look at the clock and do it. Also, you can just get up and leave when everyone is…
