Got fired because I didn’t get any help

“Funny” is the best way to define that story. So, I am a teacher and at the beginning of the year I was struggling to find a job until I found one at this company based in South America. The hiring process was super easy and according to them it was a company where teaching was easy to handle. In fact, they were right, but they didn't have any resources whatsoever, like guidelines on how to proceed in unexpected scenarios or even a training video. On top of that, I was getting paid for availability, not teaching time, which makes me suspect of money laundering. Then, the worst happened.

I am not so experienced with payment so I wasn't familiar with making invoices and so on. The accountant didn't help me with this process and he would take forever to answer the messages, and I got bills to pay, so naturally I got a bit nervous.
I decided to complain to my manager, saying that I felt like I was not being helped enough, given the fact that I was not so experienced with that.

So, after 2 weeks of stress, they paid me accordingly and my manager booked a call with me to say they are cutting expenses because they didn't get the amount of students they were hoping for, so they decided to let me go. Funny thing is that on the company's slack app, they were in urgent demand of teachers during the afternoon timeslot.

I had to sign a document to quit and my manager simply stopped replying to my emails whatsoever if I needed anything.

What sucks the most is that I feel like I've wasted a nice opportunity to get paid by doing nothing, but my sensitivity to unprofessionalism was too much.
