Got hired as a trainee – got fired because i wasn’t teaching myself

Title says it all. Got hired as a trainee in boatbuilding, was honest straight from the bat that i had no experience. After 4 months of busting my ass their excuse for letting me go is “We’re not here to train you, you have to teach yourself.” 🫥
