Got terminated because of my medical prescription drug test

I got hired and I took a drug test. I’ve been working for a few days and they found my medication used for adhd in my system so they told me they couldn’t continue with the hiring process. It doesn’t distract me from my work or makes it unsafe. I didn’t disclose to them that I take medication because it’s my privacy. Do you have to disclose the medication you take?
