I work in an office and like to keep myself busy so I don’t get bored out of my mind while stuck their for 8 hours a day. But my boss recently told me that I work too fast and complete too much work… no pay rise or anything, basically just told me to pace myself work-wise. Such a stupid concept. Let me go home when I’m done my work then. Why should I spend the extra 3hours a day browsing news site and pretending to be busy
