Guilt tripping for overtime

Hello. I had a situation with an older coworker. I wanted to leave my work on time (after working my contract hours and finishing my work for the day). She wanted me to “stay longer and help others” to which I replied that I can't, that I have things to do, that I worked my contract hours and finished my work for the day. She replied how it is not fair that I'm already leaving while others have to stay longer. To which I replied again that I have worked my contract time, finished my work and have plans. Then she just waved me off “ok ok go”. My problem is that I respect her, her work, and her time, but I'm not getting the same respect back. Should I report this to the HR? Would it be petty or considered a children's quarrel? I do want to at least…

I do want to at least send an email first, just to make a paper trail if it escalates in the future.

I am kindly asking for your advice.
