Had $2000.00 stolen from me by my company

So i work for a mobility/internet/tv company in customer service and sales. We make pretty decent money and we are union which is awesome. The way our pay is structured is we get a base pay plus commission from sales, up to 1000.00 for hitting 100%, and we cap out at 300% so we can get up to an extra 3000 on our paycheck every month. So over the course of a month we will take over a 100 calls as a rep and are expected to try and get a sale on every call. So during the month of February i maxed out on my sales and hit the 300%. Opened my pay check today and saw that my commission was only 800.00 and not 3000.00 like i had planned for. Went to ask my boss about it and she said that do to the fact that i only hit 79.65% on my customer resolution scores that i would not be getting full commission as the metric we are supposed to hit is 80%. Now i get that this is a standard that we have to hit and i cant fight that. The reason im so pissed is out of those 100 calls only 15 surveys were sent out. And the negative survays that i had received were for things out of my control like a customer could call in stating that the storage on there device is only 32 gigs and they dont have enough space on there phones for all the apps they want to download. So the only options i have to help the cx is eather A: sell them a new $1000.00 phone or B: sell a cloud service provided by my company for an extra $5.00 a month. The customers are never happy with spending more money every month so we would get a bad survay because of this. Cant wait to quit this job!!!!!!!
