Like the title says I had an interview for a job far superior than where I’m currently employed. Full benefits after 30 days (medical dental, 401k) PTO and 4 personal days. Pay is a bit better than what I’m making now (commission) and they asked if I was okay with overtime to which I answered ABSOLUTELY!!! It’s Monday-Friday with 2 Saturday’s from 6am to 2pm minimum 40 hours. Far better than what I’m working now 6 days a week 12 hours a day 3pm-3am. I pray I get it, I would love to have me time instead of working like a slave to survive.
Interview went great. Manager was on the younger side around my age and seemed like she’s new to interviewing people, very small interview. We laughed a lot and over all was a great time, laughing, good eye contact, good conversation, etc. Thinking I was going to get an offer on the spot but I did not. She still had another interviewer who she disclosed was in the Navy on accident (she asked me if I was the person) not sure if that’ll hurt my chances. But I did have experience in the medical scene that I did talk about. At the end she asked if I had her contact info to which I responded no. She handed me her direct cell phone number and email, maybe a good sign? Pray I get an offer y’all
