I started working at a MLB (Major League Baseball) ballpark.
The orientation started fantastic: they had snacks for us, the Human Resources person made a great PowerPoint presentation. Then I started to feel like things were being “apatheticsplained” to us – they were just going through the motions. Imagine having to navigate a ballpark with thousands of spectators in it, doing a job that you were not trained properly for.
Long story short: You must be prepared to find the answers by yourself.
