Hi.
I have a dilemma. I have been offered another job and scheduled to start 3rd January. I started my current job end of September and my contract states I have a 1 week notice period while on probation, which is 12 weeks.
Work have booked me a hotel for the Xmas party on the 15th, end of my 12 weeks probation is on the 16th.
Is it morally wrong to hand my notice in a day after this party to have a 1 week notice and to have Xmas week off.
Any input into this is welcomed please on what I should do.
