Harassed For Salary

So I work at a media company and have been there for like 3 months without work and decided I need to move out so I am. I made the decision in the month end so they told first told me that I have to do a 90 day notice (not informed before) So I agreed as it’s the company policy now, firstly nor are they acknowledging my resignation letter, and the HR’s are being so mean – “Talk to my senior” They said they’d block my immediate July month salary as FNF and straight up give me August months and September months pay. When I put a mail to my reporting manager and the President who said “you have to release her July’s pay” the HR’s have been pissed since then and are constantly ignoring my concerns. I’m not trying to burn a bridge but they are.. is it…

I’m not trying to burn a bridge but they are.. is it wrong to have resigned? My reporting manager has also started giving me the cold shoulder, they’re scared I’ll abscond after giving me my July’s salary and so hence are kinda soft harassing.

Idk what to do.
