So my Employment company (Midwest area) was recently bought out by some yuppies from New York.
Prior to the buyout we'd been promised wage increases, better staffing, better insurance, even better Vacation? Sounded too good to be true and I told my damn coworkers to not even hold their breath.
I can't say as I hate being right but I hate what this place has become. I have no problem telling yall it's a nursing facility and that I'm just a CNA.
Fuck me running though. We get paid the same amount to Flip Grandma that these mfs are getting down the road to flip burgers. And they didn't even need to get a license to do it. This company has had us for 5 goddamn months (Since December so actually we are coming up on 6) and I've got 12 hours of PTO.. 12.. like a single day.. (we work the Pittman schedule)
The insurance is garbage, the food quality that we feed our residents has gone down because the new corporate masters switched food suppliers.
I fucking hate it here now. And so do most of my coworkers.
