Hate the idea that sitting = laziness

Why am i forced to work on my feet all day just because of what the customers might think. Why am i reprimanded for sitting for even a single second when there's no customers around. I just dont wanna end every day feeling like someone shoved a railroad spike up through my foot and into my leg
