Been st my current job for 8 years and I can't stand it anymore. My last 4 years have been hell. I hope that I get this job. Better schedule with less pay but I know I'd be happier. I really want this to work out. I feel like I'm on my last legs and I've applied at diffrent positions in the current company. But they are not looking to let anyone from production go to doffrent areas. I just hope I get this job.
