Have you successful gotten an “inflation raise”?

Just wondering if anyone here has gone to their boss and asked for a 7-9% raise due to inflation because I’m thinking of doing the same. My company is buying cheaper materials and raising prices of their products to keep up with inflation, but they aren’t adjusting our wages accordingly.
