Both of my paychecks for the month of October got direct deposited into a coworkers account.
I checked my user profile on the company system and noticed my direct deposit information (ie. Checking and Routing#) had been altered.
I talked to payroll and they said they would do a direct deposit reversal on my coworker's account and IF the reversal was successful they would give me a physical check.
The coworker fought the direct deposit reversal so they didn't cut me a check
I've been calling and emailing my job's HR and payroll depts. but they've been dragging their feet in resolving this . It would be nice to get paid for hours that I worked
What should I do?
