Hi all, Not sure if this is suited for this sub but I didn’t know where else to post. I’m looking at internal job openings at my company but it says my current manager must sign off before I can even inquire about it. This makes me feel uneasy because then my manager would know I’m looking for a different role and might want to get rid of me shortly after hearing about this. Thoughts?
