I am using a throwaway account. I work for smaller division in a very large worldwide company where I am in charge of accounting and finance.
Ever since being hired a few months ago, I have felt like things have been “off.” I feel like I am continually lied to and feel like I’m the only person that wants to do this “right.” One of my intuitions appeared correct as I have discovered the company hires illegal aliens that are not eligible to work in the US. The GM of the company asked me to have my tram continue to pay which I outright refused.
I have seen manipulation in financial results. I have seen an employee (who owns one of the buildings) inflate their invoice after being told not to.
I’m not sure what to do at this point. I have zero trust in the company. I do not believe anything the GM states and another high level employee that overseas half the company. Being over all financial aspects requires trust so I do not know what to do.
Suggestions?
