“In March I took two weeks off due to a leg/ankle injury(off the job injury) and employer had no problem with it because they said “things are slow right now”. I started messaging my manager asking him when I should return to work once the pain and swelling was healed. They kept telling me they would get back to me in a couple days. Manager would never answer my calls and texts for 2 weeks. I finally showed up in person and He just told me to talk to the boss who wasn't in yet. I ended up leaving and emailing the boss (how we usually communicate) and he answered with “I will talk to the manager and have him contact you”. Still haven't heard anything and it's been 2 days. Manager won't even answer the phone for me. I just don't know what to do.”
