Help with HR follow up about inappropriate behavior by a manager.

I turned in a resignation effective immediate after a manager lost self control and berated me over the phone in front of customers and a delivery man. I was cashiering at the time and he was in the office. There were so many other incidents prior to this. He would make inappropriate comments about domestic violence against his spouse. Mentioned to several associates besides myself that he was only married to her for tax break purposes. He would stand directly behind cashiers without commenting, training or coaching being done, just intimidating/making us feel creeped up on. Mind you the distance he’s standing behind us is less than two feet. So whenever we had to bend down to get larger bags or other supplies he was directly behind us.

He asked me to go attend a furniture/rug call. He said “Haven’t you heard they’re calling for assistance in big ticket?” I responded with I didn’t I was on lunch. And now i’m heading to the front to relieve another associate so they can come and help with the furniture call. He said you go. I replied I won’t be able to lift it (I was 8 months pregnant and close to my leave of absence), he said you can still go. Why he couldn’t do it was beyond me.

Once I was back from family leave, and informing them I had a weight restriction for 18 months due to my c-section and hernia, he left me and an elderly associate to do a heavy mirror carry out. One of those $300 India imported ornate wooden mirrors. He walked by and excused himself for lunch, fully aware I had my obgyn stating I couldn’t lift anything over 20 pounds.

He asked several of us to work off the clock or while on our breaks.

He demanded certain tasks be done even though he also assigned other tasks to be done simultaneously, when I asked for additional backup so I could attend to his first task he would respond with do it in between customers. However that was never possible because as one of the two cashiers assigned at the front we always had a line (Homegoods store).

He failed to address inter coworker conflict which lead to some associates leaving and or transferring.

He hides out in the office and then berates us for not having done a proper closing when it’s just two employees besides him self to cashier, recover the store and get cars, do front end maintenance.

Should I mention these, will the distric manager find any of these things relevant?
