I had an interview today and they refuse to accommodate me for my disabilities (I literally only asked for my schedule to stay the same week to week bc I need structure) and they told me that would disqualify me from getting the job. I’m not 100% sure what the laws are but they’re the only place that has even given me an interview and I’m desperate for work. I was just curious what the laws are under the ADA and if that’s legal?
