Like the title said, I have a new manager at work. I've been with the same company for 6 years and I've stayed because of his management and over all work culture. I recently was promoted to assistant office manager which is just a temporary title while i train for the position of office manager. The woman that was my boss was amazing, i loved her, but she left for a better opportunity.
Now the woman that replaced her and is training me has managed to piss off everyone I work with in the first 3 days of her being there. She wants to change how we do practically everything and change the dresscode standards as well.
Several people have facial piercings, were hired with them, including me, and she wants everyone to get rid of them.
I've not so much as raised my voice at anyone I work with, but I swear I want to fight her.
