“Horizontal” relationships and antiwork

Have you all read “The Courage to Be Disliked?” I don't think it was meant as an antiwork book AT ALL but it has really good concepts for setting great boundaries and generally developing a less workaholic mindset. My favorite has got to be making all relationships “horizontal” (in retrospect it seems like maybe it's super obvious, but idk it changed my thinking to give it a name). This is kind of a long read, but I get into it here: https://www.bigquitenergy.com/p/horizontal-relationships-building I'm hoping more deep dives into the book in the future.
