I am a newer worker and have the weekend off work and they texted me and called me at 6am so I did not respond. It's 10am now and I feel like they will be expecting a response, how should I respond?. I will be out of town this weekend with friends solely because I wasn't schedule to work this weekend. I have a feeling they may ask me throughout the weekend to come in. Oh and another thing, my schedule for NEXT WEEK was changed three times during this week even though the schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance on paper and in the system, 3 weeks.
