Not for me, but for my mom. My mom starting working at this small start-up not that long ago (maybe a year or two at most) and she was just recently laid off–along with 16 others from the company including her boss. This comes after the CEO of the company spent the last year hiring her best friends, her sister, and her friends husband all at 100k plus each. Talk about nepotism huh?
These people treated her like crap. She worked in the finance services section of her job but they had her cleaning up after everyone like a janitor, closing every single day, and washing their dishes. I hated these people and how they treated her.
I can't believe there are people like this in the world… then again, I guess I can. People are horrible, and this woman should not be running a business.
That's my rant, I just learned about it this morning and it made me so angry. Just wanted to share how fucked up it is.
