I’ve been at the same job for about 3 years. It was great at first. It’s not bad now, but the amount of hours I’m getting is not sufficient. All full time employees (aside from leads and supervisors) get maybe 28 hours a week.
I cannot pay my bills. I cannot ask for more hours because they simply aren’t there.
The wage is good, but it doesn’t help at all with the hours I’m working and the economy.
I don’t know what to do.
I hate switching jobs but I need to.
