How do I get out of the mindset that I need to be accomplishing something almost every minute of my day?

My work day mentality (often) continues even when I get home, and I feel like I always have something productive I can be doing until it's Friday night or the weekend. Even then I feel the strong need to be productive. I want to learn to do less. Enjoy life. Even during my work day if possible. Any strategies for changing a mindset I've had since grade school?
