Recently got a job offer with a company 40 min away and I have until this upcoming monday to give a response. I interviewed with another company last week on friday and I think it went well (A few hours later I got a call from HR asking salary expectations).
The other job that im waiting to here back from would only be a 10 min commute and similar pay and more interesting work so that's the one I want so how do I go ab this situation given that I have to respond to the other company by monday? I sent an email to HR asking when i may potentially hear back but they are currently out of office.
The pay for both jobs is the same.
