Hi, so I have been noticing that one coworker can come and go as she pleases. She also takes lunches that may last an hour or more? Our shifts are from 8 to 430. She comes in at 830 or later and leaves at 430.
Another thing is that I have been covering the phones and our secretaries when they are on lunch, as I am scheduled this way. This coworker is not put on the schedule to cover the secretaries, nor gets an assigned lunch. I am part of a union. However, I am not sure if the union rep can do anything…….or if that will get me anywhere. Please advise what I should do in this situation?
