I’ve been going into the office on an as needed bases and there are a number of teams that are in office a majority of the time but my boss is remote, I’m on a small team, work long hours, and literally will never have a day of only in person meetings. So what is the point?
I have no issue working long hours, I enjoy what I do and am prepared to maliciously comply or just not go in and let them play their hand for them wasting my time adding 1-1.5hr r/t commute to my day.
Please help me strategize some talking points when talking to my boss.
