I live in WA state and as of January 2023, all employers with over 15 employees must provide the wage/salary range in their job postings. I have found that roughly 20%-25% of job postings still don't do this after 8 months. I have reported postings to the job posting site but I doubt they're doing anything about it. How do I report them to the government/state/whatever authority enforces this? It doesn't seem fair that they just get to break the law so they can continue to screw over applicants.
