How do I stop doing everything?

If I’m at work and see that something needs to be done and I can quickly take care of it, I just do it. The problem is that my coworkers get used to it and just stop doing that part of their job, or they just don’t care and it doesn’t get done at all. Our manager is so afraid of micromanaging she doesn’t manage at all. So now I’m waaaay overworked (while coworkers sit around on their phones) running around putting out fires everywhere. Y’all, I’m tired but it’s so ingrained in me that if I see something I do something. How do I put blinders on and just ignore other people’s laziness and let them hang at the cost of the office running smoothly? I like staying busy at work but this has gotten ridiculous.
