How do I stop feeling guilty about not giving two weeks notice?

The other day I put in my resignation to be effective by end of day. I have another job lined up to start in a week. The conversation with my manager was tough. I mentioned that I needed time off for my mental health before I start my new role. She tried to convince me multiple times to stay longer as there was work that she still needed done. She completely ignored my mention of mental health. She made me feel guilty by saying anyone she ever worked with gave companies a two week courtesy notice. I know that two weeks notice is just a courtesy and not required, but I feel guilty. I’m also concerned about the gossip that would happen in the office with my sudden departure. How do I stop caring about what my boss thinks and what my coworkers would say?
