This other warehouse was offering a pay of $18. Only a dollar more than I currently make so not a missed opportunity. I would of loved to work for the company as they are a non-profit food and meal distribution center for the entire county. In the follow up email almost a month after not hearing about interview times, I asked if they were still interested in me.
