I manage a team of 4, and their jobs can be done completely remotely. They’ve been doing 3 days in the office and 2 from home for months, with no issues. Upper management is now pushing me to get them all in the office at least 4 days a week. How do I support my team, and make management see that WFH is good for the company? Not in the US, if that makes a difference.
