Obviously it can’t be made mandatory but I’ve worked for more than one company that has next to demanded that we like, comment, and share all of their posts across all social media, even going so far as to criticize my work ethic because I don’t want to have a tiktok to do this. It’s becoming more frequent though, and, I dunno maybe I’m the odd one out but I just don’t want to share work posts on my sm’s; it feels too plastic to me.
